Get Up Early
The last thing that I have found that seems to help me with taking an exam is scheduling the test for the first thing in the morning. I’m not a fan of getting up early by any means, but I also know that I tend to be easily distracted. Therefore, I want to take the test before anything can happen that will take my mind off of the exam.
When I am going to be taking an exam, I usually wake up at least three hours before the exam is scheduled to start. I make sure that I eat a hearty breakfast and get a little exercise, because I have found this to help me think better. I also avoid checking my email, talking to anyone on the phone, or turning on the television. I want to make sure that I am completely focused on my studies until the exam is over.
