Instructor Resource Center
Instructor resources are located on the individual product pages under the Resources tab on Pearsonhighered.com. If you are using a Pearson Bundle or Product Library and cannot find the resources listed under the Bundle or Library product page, check the product pages for the individual components of that Bundle or Library. You have to be signed into your Pearson Higher Ed account to download instructor resources; if you have not signed in or do not have an accoun,t you will be prompted to sign in or create one.
MyITCertificationLabs
For instructors and students using a MyITCertificationLabs product, visit the official MyLabs website where you can learn more about MyLabs, browse available MyLabs, register a MyLab, access your MyLab, review features, find product support and more.
Simulators
Pearson IT Certification's state-of-the-art CCENT, CCNA, A+ and Network+ Simulators are designed for both Professional and Academic use. If you are a professor and wish to learn more about using our simulators in the classroom, watch a video demo, or request a review copy you can do so on our Instructor Simulator Overview page.

If you are experiencing issues installing the Simulator software, please visit the Contact Us page, select "Network Simulator" from the drop-down menu, and complete the web form including an explanation of your issue.
uCertify
Visit the uCertify site to browse a complete list of Pearson uCertify courses, sign up for a demo, review features, access your uCertify course, purchase a new course, or report technical difficulties.
Desk Copies / Review Copies
It's very easy to request a desk copy for review or classroom use. Simply find the product you're using or are interested in reviewing on Pearsonhighered.com and click "Request exam copy" at the top right corner of your browser. You can also contact your Pearson Representative with the product information and they’ll have a copy sent. You have to be signed into your Pearson Higher Ed account to request a desk copy; if you have not signed in or do not have an account, you will be prompted to sign in or create one.
Locate my Pearson Representative
Visit the Pearson Rep Locator. Once you've followed the simple steps for identifying your school and department, you will see your Pearson Representative's name, phone number, and email address. Contact your Pearson Representative to request a review copy, facilitate an adoption, create a custom bundle, or ask for product suggestions. Your Pearson Representative can also help with resolving technical issues and answering Pearson product-related questions.
