Gilas, technician and software developer, has spent the last 27 years within the telecommunications industry doing a variety of information system jobs, including software development, project management, database administration, and system administration, as well as running his own software development business. During that time, he was exposed to, as well as practiced a wide range of project management techniques, from project micromanagement to basic indifference.
When the option of doing multimedia development presented itself working with Claudia Baca on her instructional DVDs, he enthusiastically accepted.
