Errata and Product Support Files

Many of the products in our catalog offer free supporting files online on the product's catalog page, such as example files, tools & utilities, additional text and media content. You will also find any confirmed errata for a product on the product's catalog page.

Submitting Errata

Books/eBooks
To submit errata for books/eBooks, visit the Contact Us page and select "Submit Errata" from the form drop-down box.

Practice Tests
Many of our products contain a practice test that runs on the Pearson IT Certification Practice Test software. If you have corrections for content within a Pearson IT Certification Practice Test exam, you can submit your comments directly to the editorial staff by clicking the "Send Feedback" button right in the exam window in the software. This will provide specific details about the question for which you have corrections, along with your comments.

If you are experiencing issues installing the Practice Test software or registering exams, please visit the Contact Us page, select "Practice Test" from the drop-down menu, and complete the web form including an explanation of your issue.

Simulator Software
We publish several hands-on lab simulators for the IT certification market. If you have corrections for content in one of these simulator products, you can submit your comments directly to the development staff by clicking on the "Report a Problem" button in the lab window toolbar. This will provide specific details about the lab for which you have corrections, along with your comments.

If you are experiencing issues installing the Simulator software, please visit the Contact Us page, select "Simulator Software" from the drop-down menu, and complete the web form including an explanation of your issue.
 

Register a Product for Product Companion Content Access

Register the Pearson IT Certification, Cisco Press or VMware Press products you own to unlock companion content and benefits associated with them. Benefits vary by product, but may include bonus content, companion labs, extended learning, and updates. In addition, by registering your product, you will receive information about new editions, companion learning resources, and special offers related to your product.
