Charles Brooks is vice president of R and D at Marcraft International Corporation. A former electronics instructor and technical writer with the National Education Corporation, he has authored several books, including the first three editions of A+ Certification Training Guide, The Complete Introductory Computer Course, and IBM PC Peripheral Troubleshooting and Repair. Elizabeth H. Smith (Walnut Creek, CA) and Robin Graham are co-creators of the CompTIA A+ Windows Simulator, part of the Exam Cram Exam Certification Guide series.
