I had the good fortune of sitting in a class taught by Jill a few years back. When I learned about her video mentor DVD, I bought it. Jill is one of those rare people who can take very dry, theoretical material and put it in context so it becomes practical. Once you have the framework, the content is so much easier to absorb and understand. It's the difference between memorizing pages of information listing the function of the 200+ bones of the human body versus seeing them labeled on a skeleton. Jill helped me see the ITIL skeleton. The terminology and concepts became more meaningful in that context.The DVD is organized into six chapters including an introductory chapter and chapters for each of the five ITIL books. Within each chapter there are several short video lessons (generally between 10 to 20 minutes each). I found it was most effective to watch 1 or 2 a day. If you already work in the IT services industry and use incident management, change management, problem management, etc., you can pass this test by simply using this prep tool, 4-5 practice exams, and reasoning skills. If you want to ace it, you will need more time and materials, but if you simply want to pass it, this is the right way to go.

Excellent way to learn the material! Jill has some really easy ways to remember the important concepts for the exam. I was able to easily pass the exam after reviewing Jill's video. I would highly recomend this video mentor to anyone who is contemplating getting ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
