Trouble Spots

Development within HTML 5 and JavaScript is relatively straightforward. However, it is worth noting that this exam is not limited to testing the candidate’s knowledge of syntax and standards. The exam also tests the developer’s ability to make use of third party APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Therefore, candidates taking this exam must be familiar with the concept of downloading APIs and using them to develop code.

You can also expect to see some questions on this exam related to event and exception handling. Therefore, make sure that you know how to declare an event and how to handle both events and exceptions.
